Introduction

Living in a world
where the idea of life is so vast there is still a lot to be learned. Even to
this day scientist uncover new things about the human body that wasn’t known
before. We do know that the human body is a collection of eleven different
systems that allow the body to function properly. These systems include The
endocrine, skeletal, nervous, digestive, circulatory, respiratory, excretory,
and the immune system. These systems together are what gives a body life.

The
Structure

The main structure of this system includes
the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. With these, the whole system can be broken
down into different parts the Central, Peripheral, Somatic, and autonomic. In
further detail, the autonomic section of this system controls actions such as
involuntary movements, heart rate, digestion, and Perspiration. While the
central includes the spinal cord and the brain. The Peripheral system is the
collection of all the nerves that run through the body. Next is the Somatic system
that regulates the movement of skeletal muscles. You wouldn’t think that this
one system could also run other systems such as the digestive and
cardiovascular systems. So without thinking the nervous system controls your
thoughts and emotions.

Unconscious
Control

            The autonomic system: A section
of the body that controls the nerves of the inner organs on
which humans have no conscious control
